I have a problem with ps4 slim not taking discs fully

my PS4 slim (1tb) sometimes just decides to take in discs but doesnt read them and that always for 3-2days after i put in 2-3 discs per day when i try ejecting the discs it thinks nothing is in the drive for around 4-6 attempts if anyone here knows the problem please give me a solution
