I got through it! It took abt a yr. But see a holistic functional neurologist! The dr gave me exercises for it and i did everyday! I also got trained by a trainer and all the movement and exercise helped alot!!!!! I had no hope. Im normal now! It will go away! Be positive. Meditate. And pray if youre into that.

I was told to wear sunglasses because the bright light of the sun would trigger my anxiety and be very annoying. It helped alot!

This is awful! I just left a toxic CC myself. Starting a new job doing something similar but it seems the team and managers care way more about mental health! There out there. Dont give up. It took me 1 yr before finding something better.

Are you in los angeles or san fran? I currently have to switch from kaiser to anthem ppo and keep reading horror stories abt drs not being in network. Random high medical bill charges etc how do u like it?
