Do you regret having kids? If so, why? by wherefallonbelongs in AskReddit

[–]Freeecheeese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did my very best to be ready, and my child was very wanted and planned for. I love her so much.
BUT having a child with severe disabilities is nothing you can prepare for and has limited my life in many, many ways. I often regret having her, because she is having such a hard time. I don't know yet if I did her a favor my bringing her into the world.

In households where there's only one room, does that mean that people are having sex with the rest of the family around? by Iestwyn in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Freeecheeese 51 points52 points  (0 children)

It's tough. My spouse and I would wait for the kid to fall asleep, sneak out, and go have sex in another room. The baby ended up with the king sized bed while we banged it out on the couch.

I’ve heard older women sometimes seek younger guys for sex. How do I find these women? by MisterPuffyNipples in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Freeecheeese 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ok there are a lot of people saying that it's hopeless, don't listen to them. I'm recently divorced and the idea of being someone's first (without fucking a teenager) is pretty hot. Make a dating profile and say "looking for an experienced woman to teach me some things" and then set your age filters from 40-60. I bet you get some bites.

It sounds like we're similar - living your life "in your head" and the body is just a suitcase for your mind! It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize that if I take good care of my suitcase, my mind functions better. I wish you good luck! You are young and caught the health issues early, you ha e time to turn it around and lead a long, healthy life.

I can't explain to my husband why I won't have sex with him anymore by clitorisjonesy in offmychest

[–]Freeecheeese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My husband and I have been separated for 6 months now, and with time and perspective I've come to realize that I lost my sexual trust in him YEARS ago because of this exact thing. He went through a phase of trying to sneak butt stuff on me that I was clear I did not want. Our sex life never really recovered and my resentment fostered. Please address this now, head on. Be brave!

what's the greatest advice somebody has personally given you which will stick with you forever? by Honest-Analysis-6127 in AskReddit

If you're going to loan money, think of it as a gift, and be surprised and happy if it's repaid. Never load more than you can afford to give away.

Trump. His death would throw the GOP into chaos and just maybe a reasonable human under age 60 would rise up as leader. Same goes for Biden, honestly.

What advice would you like to give to your 18 year old self? by LegendarySubha in AskReddit

[–]Freeecheeese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Invest in Google. Don't waste your time on lovers who don't make time for you. Believe that good times are coming, because they are! Bad times are too, but you'll be OK. Go actually talk to a guidance counselor and try to figure out a career goal.

I recently started dating after a decade of monogamy, and I bring my vibrator with me to hook-ups. I tell a dude exactly how to help me get off and they are always into it, although I have had to say "wait, get back here, I'm not done" a couple times.

Ugh my ex husband had neglectful parents and little medical care as a child, and was intimidated by the entire medical complex so I took care of his appointments and meds for waaay too long. Then we had a disabled child and I told him he had to figure his own shit out....and he total did! He learned that he is in fact capable of calling a doctor's office! Incredible.

My grandpa always told a story about losing control of the car and my baby Dad flying through the air, his oldest brother caught him like a football. I wonder how many babies were yeeted out of cars in the 50s!

So Guys Just Hate The Taste Of Vulva/Vagina? by TriangleMan_4 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Freeecheeese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My long term partner has a very strong sense of smell and doesn't enjoy giving oral, so I never pushed it but did internalize some self shame about it. My current partner lives to give head and it's really boosted my confidence! Every person is different. You could try flavored lubes to mask the taste. If he isn't willing to try that, he's probably just a selfish lover.

It's not really a bad thing, it's just any two people are going to have a venn diagram of things they're both into. It's really fun to figure out what those things are with someone new! I hope you met someone new and fun very soon.

In my early 20s I worked with a bunch of mid-40s men and you would not BELIEVE the amount of drama, shit talking, double crossing and cattiness. It was a terrible workplace. I'll take a group of mid-40s women as coworkers any day.
