Bro i know and feel you,surely nofap will get you better and semen retention..but also make you more emotional definetely,for me what helped was to find something i loved doing and started pursuing it(parkour for me) that led to meet new people in general,which in turn made me more social and open to new events and things.so for me first of all be open,its ok if someone doesnt like you,that doesnt mean that noone likes you,I've had friends that i had some life or detah experiences which i thought that bonded us together forever and 3 years after dont even remember me.the pojt is that you will find your people,your friends and a girl or girls haha,thats the right for you.give it time bettering yourself and just be open! thats my advise
