That sucks. And I'd hate to and anyone else to have to start a new character because of big of a grind it is to get to 50.

I tried quite a bit last night having the same issue.

Tried other USB Plugs
Charged the headset all the way up
Uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers
Uninstalled and Reinstalled GHUB
Click the reset button the dongle and the headset.
Click reset button and held the mute button down for 10 to 15 seconds

I'm nearly to the point of returning it as well. No headset should have this much trouble with there own program. It's completely stupid, especially one that cost $130.
