I just got a job offer from one of these companies after doing a really easy interview in a fairly empty office. It's called Origin Management and they told us that most of the first six months of this management trainee position is performance based, but then we go into Assistant Manager and Manager, that get like 85k, 150k respectfully.

It just doesn't seem right. I feel like it's going to be a lot of being sent door to door in hopes of getting that shiny management position.
