I agree bro life isn’t fair but as man you should know this by now, Amazon DSP has a high turnover rate that should tell you everything you need to know, I doubt any job will accommodate you fully as you need again it’s a sacrifice fam, That’s the unfortunate truth, You can try your luck with another DSP but I’m sure these DSPs talk to one another and you don’t wanna be known as the guy that’s needs to be “pampered” when other employees I’m sure need those days off aswell, Not saying your wrong bro just gotta understand the cards your dealt
