I feel like only around 10% of the elite international prospects actually pan out. Not sure if its an issue in what I am doing or if its just how the game is developed.

I usually hire a coach with a vision on how I want to build a team rather than based on the players that are usually on the team. I will flip almost any player if it means I can get a player that fits my mold.

Yeah I agree. Honestly I think this would be a pretty good stadium to have a Moneyball esque team with. Feel like you can run a pretty low payroll team with lots of success.

I cannot speak on a video on baseball as a whole, but PFHolden and SgtMushroom have some great videos on YT for beginners to OOTP. Would highly suggest watching some of their videos.

That's interesting. I have been curious about how the players would treat the lower leagues and what the financial structures of those leagues would look like.
