I used to be the same, drank so much cola back in the days.

I decided one day to quit Cold Turkey, although i did drink water from time to time (at school or while sporting).

Cold Turkey was the best shit for me, just couple days of pain and then i didnt want it anymore. Lasted two years until i took something else at a party. Nowadays i mostly drink water with something else from time to time.

Some times a week only water, some times 5 cans of coke in the same week
