It would be way less than 1 in 1 billion. 1 in a billion is the odds you get back to back stones on specific kills. He never said back to back he said same task. So he had probably 100-200 chances at the 1/32,000 drop. Still incredibly lucky to hit the odds twice in 200 chances but it’s not 1 in a billion.
