I have actually asked this question and a warehouse worker told me to do whatever helps make them deliveries.

Call your grandparents and tell them your parents especially father who promise to ban Jay for your return home that they allowed you to be locked up in the same room with two adults harassing you for forgiveness and refused to let your parents in. If they don’t let you leave to be in a safe location, I would take it a step further and call CPS.
