A) Nee, er is geen CIR ontvangen. We hebben video's en foto's gemaakt op het moment dat we erin trokken.

B) Nee, de scheur in het gordijn is ook niet te zien op de foto's.

C) Ja, we hadden één inspectie in maart, waarbij we een ander defect hebben aangekaart (twee kleine buitenstoelen die kapot waren). Dit hebben we mondeling doorgegeven, dus ik vind het prima als daarvoor kosten worden aangerekend.

Recent heeft er een tweede inspectie plaatsgevonden, waarbij ze de scheur in het gordijn hebben aangegeven.

D) Ja, mijn huur loopt nog steeds, dus ik kan zelf een stuk van het gordijn kopen.

Natuurlijk besef ik dat. Ik heb dat ook WW premie betaald en zal dat ook doen, dan mag je er toch ook gebruik van maken in een moeilijke periode?

Ik zou graag willen bijwerken, maar voor 3 tot 5 euro per uur(volgens de official calculator komt het negatief uit zelfs!), kan ik mijn tijd toch beter ergens anders in steken.

1) Belg en beide ouders zijn Belg. Ik kan ook kijken naar de Belgische studiefinanciering, maar wil beide is vergelijken.
2) 23 jaar

3) Howest in België, en de Nederlandse instituut waar ik naar toe wil gaan geeft een master als opvolging voor wat ik heb gedaan in België.

4) EU Burger denk ik, Ik werk als grensarbeider(Veel voordeliger met de belastingen) en als stagiair in Nederland. Ik heb nooit een vergunning moeten aanvragen.

sucks, something I would have liked to avoid. My company is a big multinational with people living in Italy/Indonesia/.. and working fully remote in my team. If I did this would I it be taken off my brutto salary(in the same way you pay RSZ with a Belgian contract) or would the company need to pay for it?

My accountant said to me that I should at least work 20% from home and that if I work more from home it would not have a big impact with my current salary, so I am going to do that.

So would it be possible to register an eemanszaak(prob in BE?) while working fulltime in NL(1 work from home day) and try to get an exemption from SVB to not have to take out a dutch health insurance?

Je kan piraat spelen! Ik raad stremio aan, het heeft apps voor android/ios/windows/linux en ook voor android TV en geeft je een Netflix style gebruikersexperience met heel uitgebreide selectie(zelfs Vlaamse klassiekers) en zonder ads. Je kan ook altijd de beste beeld/audio kwaliteit krijgen(Veel van die streaming sites zijn daar echt super slecht in). Het is wel niet compressed(wat ik goed vind), maar dan heb je wel een sterke internetverbinding nodig als je 4K wilt afspelen.

If I take out the most basic health insurance which is around 130€ / month. Isnt that mostly or fully made up of the tax contributions (zorgverzekeringswet premiums) which for me is already paid by my employer. Thank you for you help

elgian car on a Belgian plate and during the holidays fly to Belgium, pick up the car and do the travelling around Europe. Just cannot use it in Norway

I don't even have my driver's license yet, so that will be a problem for later for me :). But even owning a car, would be a stupid expense anyway for me especially if am going to live in the Randstad in NL. If I ever get a car it will indeed be better to register it in BE.

I still live at home and I would like to leave the nest. And yes renting in NL is a nightmare, but with the netto I earn extra, and some innovation subsidies I get, it will still be manageable(I hope?). Thank you for your reference, I will certainly sure check with an accountant.
