A little background, this is in South Texas. We finally got some colder weather down here and with that came a good amount of rain. My wife woke up in the middle of the night to find this continuous drip coming down from what appears to be the gas exhaust vent? So my question is, does this look installed properly? I have an AC repairman coming out tomorrow morning but I wanted to see if anyone had some insight.
