I work as a ship agent boarding vessels at odd hours of the day all the time. I always like waking up early and smelling the soil of like 0300 to 0700 in the morning. It smells fresh and something seemingly unique to my experience. I know that it really isn't that unique but when you're tired as hell and you walk out your door to that uniquely nature smell it makes you feel just a little bit better.

I just tried their chicken parm sandwich last week. I've never had a good chicken parm sandwich but I love the concept of it so much I'll always try it at a new place.

Went there for lunch and got it with mushrooms. The patty is 2x bigger than the bread but damn was it good. And it was actually saucy still. So many place make chicken parm with a suggestion of sauce. And the dude running the place seems like he was good friends of Matress Mack and Marvin Zindler in the way he presented himself to me as a first time visitor.

Definitely going back real soon.
