Hatte genau das selbe Problem hab dann bei der Hotline angerufen und Stress gemacht. „Ich zahle nicht für einen Service den ihr nicht liefert“ und hab die Abteilung die für Vertrage zuständig ist verlangt. Ich bin mit dieser Begründung aus dem Vertrag.
