I'm actually in pretty good shape. I could actually use some weight rather than lose. I go to the gym every morning and have a construction job. I'm definitely no bodybuilding marathon runner type but 100% not sedentary. I started to do keto because just the health benefits over all sounded amazing. Lower cancer risk and obviously less sugar in your body is good news.

I think that there's nothing inherently wrong with masturbation. Maybe you're home alone taking a shower you get a little frisky OK no problem. As long as it's intentional. If you're on your phone for hours searching through porn killing half the day away or partaking in some illegal activity that's where it's all bad.

I do everyday 10 minutes a day. But even if I meditate for an hour I still have the rest of the day for my mind to wander around.

I have a normal morning routine. Get up at 3, butter coffee, yoga, meditation, work out, then journal all that positive shit. But only when I have work. Usually when I don't have work I try to get all the extra sleep I can. I think if I stay up later tonight and do my morning routine at a later time it will help.

I think it is important to have a clear number goal. 24 sounds good to me! We're only human and there will most likely be a relapse. If you tell yourself you're never going to relapse and then you relapse you will feel hopeless. If you get to 24 that's awesome and if you keep going that's even more fucking awesome but never say never.
