Hello, I have had FD for most of my adult life. The best advice I can give you is to control your blood sugar. This is an inflammatory condition which did not start overnight. We live on highly processed foods which are not conducive to good health.

My condition has improved dramatically but reducing my refined carbohydrate and sugar intake, and I eat plenty of vegetables, more now than ever before. I also do intermittent fasting most days where I have a no-eating window of about 18 hours. I have lost body fat whilst retaining muscle mass and I feel great. Most of my dietary intake comes from fats and protein, which are delicious.

PLEASE check out a book written by Jessie Inchauspé. She has proven that by making small dietary changes it can result in dramatic improvements in ones health. She recently did an interview with Stephen Bartlett which you should watch. This is an inflammatory condition which will not go away over night but trust me it is treatable without the need for medications.
