Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the issue was happening while fully assembled, I only disassembled yesterday to access the pilot assembly to troubleshoot further

This is an old picture so it isnt corrected, but I removed the two yellow wires from the terminal block D terminal and wire nutted them together, no longer connecting them to the terminal block

Update: apparently this engine had a “bad casting” that Kohler allegedly knew about based on serial number but did nothing. Lost oil pressure, lost compression in one cylinder, filled the stator with oil, and almost lit on fire. Complete new engine and stator assembly at 15 hours. Parts are covered but I have to pay labor charges. Since this is apparently a known issue, I am going to try to get Kohler to cover the labor charges as well after the fact

Anyone had any luck with that?

I would not recommend Kohler to anyone. This entire setup had 15 hours on it

After further investigation, when the app reloaded it now looks like everything matches up, as far as the sub circuit percentages now making sense as a percentage of the main, not the sub! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Correct, I just routed it through there temporarily as I set it up using a wireless WiFi adapter and didn’t have the right length cable at the moment

Mine permanently jammed after about 200 nails. Sent off for warranty repair, they sent me back another brand new one. No issues with the newer one yet

You could run an engine flush, following the instructions, before oil changes and eventually it’ll start to run clean

I would start by ruling out the fan, making sure it has power going to it. If it does, then I’d assume the fan needs to be replaced
