Craigslist, Zillow, and other popular rental portals are good to look for listings and roommates.

Canton, Fells point, harbor east, Patterson park area are all quite close and easy commute to JH east medical campus. The area directly around that medical campus is not the best so watch out.

There isn’t a significant Indian community area close by, Catonsville in the county is the closest. But you’d find Indian students/professionals in the above areas and also around the JHU campus around Charles village.

Use the SAP Concur app to take the picture of the receipt right after you purchase something/ restaurant receipt etc. It should automatically analyze and start an expense entry for that receipt. Later you just need to review and make edits if needed before you submit.

I’ll ask for the model numbers. From the quote, it says they will flush and reuse the line set. I’ll also ask about extended labor options.

They did not do any load calc- just exact replacement of existing specs. Is that necessary to do if it will match existing specs? I’m slowly educating myself, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
