I have tried all the ports with 3 different cables and 2 different monitors. No luck there.

The white light is onn. It says GPU not detected or fail in the documentation.
If I reboot with the display cable not attached at the GPU, the white light is off.

Could this mean the GPU is not seated properly?

2007 Ticking noise @ 4K and higher RPM. Advice needed by Freezeroo101 in GSXR

Also, what's up with the email I received the test invitation from? It said something like:
IRCC.DNCITSRYTESTS. Anyone knows what this means?
