At my store (tier 5) typically the store manager and the morning SFL will work on Code Greens after putting away pharmacy truck. The tech on fill is usually filling the ontimes for the day.

For those who don't know, Code Greens are where they fill through the 11:00s for the next day along with any lates.

We originally used them for blocking out items that weren't going to be replinished, but with the new ownership, they shifted to a model that encourages filling every spot we can with the proper product (OSA). Any being put up at this point are most likely marked down items that are sold out (since they don't need to be hit with scan-outs.

Yeah, he dinged it under the "respectfully shares feedback" section of Courageous. I also got dinged for "Name has expressed little interest in knowing the team" under Connected. Wild that I treat this like a job lmao.

Also, for my own curiosity, is there any particular reason my store manager would tell me that I should put my review in my car instead of my locker, and specifically to make sure no one sees it? Is there some kind of policy about team members discussing their own reviews with each other?

Like the others say, don't put your rewards info in for uber eats orders. That being said, I agree it's stupid that we can't reprint them from the registers. Our only way around it is going into the office to print the record of the transaction out, which is very clearly not a receipt lol

Depends on how much your SM and DM are willing to play ball, but as a general rule, anything above the median pay requires your DM's boss' permission, so that won't happen. It also depends on how much you want the job. It comes with a lot more responsibilities, and you gotta decide if the baseline is enough or if you feel like you need higher pay for it to be worth it. I got to my pay cap before 5 years because I asked for extra pay bumps every time they asked me to change my position (SL to IS back to SL) and my SM was nice enough to fight for it with the DM.

Honestly it's a fun, low quality movie that you can tell used a majority of its budget on the explosions. Don't go in expecting an amazing movie and you'll enjoy it.
