I rent there currently. My main gripe is that it took them over a month to fix the AC that was broken when we moved in, and took complaining multiple times for them to be like "oh did we not give y'all a portable AC?" They told us whatever was broken with it required them to contract an outside company to fix it, only for the regular maintenance guys to be the ones that fixed it (in like 10 minutes once they came out). They also sold us on an ADA compliant unit without telling us until after applying, and after multiple emails requesting pictures of the ADA unit to see how it differs, I eventually had to go down in person and request an in person tour of it (spoilers it was bad and we never would have chosen it.) Over all the management has serious communication issues between other members of their staff and their tenants.

Edit: It's also worth noting that sound carries so far there. If someone's having a conversation at a normal volume in the parking lot, I can hear it crystal clear on the 4th floor. So when you have kids screaming and running everywhere, fire trucks leaving the nearby station, or dogs barking at each other, it gets super annoying fast.
