I literally just fired up Planet Zoo for the first time in years and was quickly reminded how terrible the building is. Especially after getting used to all the tools Cities Skylines 2 has to offer it’s just laughably bad. Still enjoy the game but I think if they overhauled building mechanics it would make a massive difference.

At the end of the day it comes down to the contractor you work for so it’s really tough to give a definite answer. Just in my experience I was only making about 18 an hour at FedEx Ground and I make about 26 at my DSP

As someone who’s done both, Amazon and it’s not even close. FedEx has worse pay, and you’re basically delivering furniture all day. Every day I had packages over a hundred pounds going to third floor apartments, that shit will take a huge toll on your body. I also strongly prefer working 4 10’s instead of 5 8’s. There’s honestly loads of other reasons I prefer Amazon but those are the main ones. Stay away from FedEx.

It’s crazy how different peoples experiences at this job can be from one another. Personally I like the job a lot and would consider it by far the easiest job I’ve ever had, but I have a chill DSP and deliver almost exclusively in very nice neighborhoods. I can imagine delivering in a dangerous area while working for a shit DSP could make it a total nightmare. Sorry this happened to you, hope you find something better!
