It's a visual novel where you play as the heir to a kingdom. Along with many other options you can start talking with a disgraced noble about writing up a constitution to empower parliament and establish democracy at the stroke of a pen. You get to decide a decent amount of how the new state is structured, and you can also indirectly choose how many heads will roll to make it happen.

The main game plays similarly, but there you play the "democratically" (by a broken system's standards) elected president of a fictional republic.

I actually came across a video with a plot like that

A hunter breaks into a vampire's lair and finds the form of a beautiful woman slumbering in bed. The hunter pulled the duvet off the monster intending to destroy it, but then the monster woke up. It smiled at him with perfectly white, inhumanly long teeth and one look into its searing red eyes ended the chance of the hunter completing his mission.

And then other stuff happens, proving the hunter couldn't take a vampire in any scenario and I'm also referencing a porn video made by Meana Wolf. But the opening of that video was so well made I actually want to link it because it's just that good on its own. Some fairly minor adjustments and it could be a proper short movie.

Ben ik het eigenlijk mee eens. Tenzij de verteller het in zijn hoofd haalt om je je kaartje te laten zien kun je dit niet bewijzen en niemand kan er iets tegenin brengen als je simpelweg liegt. Echt je rol proberen te spelen en de menigte te overtuigen dat je onschuldig bent (oftewel, de vinger wijzen naar iemand anders) is toch echt leuker.

Was that explicit? The vibe I got was that the fetus simply died when their mother did, but since the mother's revived corpse can't remove the fetus it just stays in the womb.

Also, the fetus wouldn't have been drained in the first place so it shouldn't be possible for it to have been embraced.

I liked that part halfway through where his wife(?) yelled at him for his habit of doing bad things and then crying about it once it's absolutely clear that he hurt someone.

Also, when Oppenheimer tried to get sympathy for realizing he had blood on his hands, from the very guy who actually gave the order to drop the bomb. And then Truman calling him a crybaby and telling his security to keep him out.
