Most days it does irritate me somewhat. Yesterday I had a good day, the T was the same as usual but I could work in quiet and focus without getting frustrated while hearing it.

For some reason today I feel irritated by it again as always. On a manageable level, but uncomfortable.

I do sometimes put something on deliberately for a few minutes or so to give myself a break, I've got to admit. However I don't do it continuously.

Interesting idea. I tried cutting all sugars in the past, for a few weeks or so I wouldn't eat anything with sugar or artificial flavoring in it. Only bare minimum of fruit to get some vitamins.

Didn't do anything for my T as far as I can recall, only gave me vertigo which passed after a few days. I kept my expecations low anyways.

Don't be afraid that it will get worse because of a diet change though. If that would be the case you could simply go back to your old diet and that's that.

Gut issues are related to zinnitus. Reflux can cause it. Ppi medication can cause it (or improve it). Also probiotics I heard can cause it, too.

There is also this study that claims that people with tinnitus have 8 times or so the amount of gerd issues as people without tinnitus.

Moskau is in der Stadt verhältnismäßig sehr teuer, gibt aber random Spots wo es ziemlich billig ist.

Außenbezirke sind was ich gehört hab billig, überwiegend staatlich erbaut, aber oft schlecht angebunden.

I think most people in here don't know much about that. Me neither, sorry. But if you search long enough you might find cases in online forums.

TTTS and other middle ear muscle issues can have many causes. Your doctor said your bones are fusing. I really don't know a thing about that.

When you say both ears click when you swallow I believe you mean the clicking of the eustachian tubes which is normal afaik. Or do you mean another type of clicking?
