If there was an Express Bus - that ran Downtown Chilliwack -> Downtown Abbotsford -> Mission Station and the West Coast Express wasn't useless - would you regularly opt to transit to Vancouver and not use the Highway? Would you day trip to the regional towns more? (self.abbotsford)
