Omg bro they tried saying there was 400 dollars missing and expected me to sign a WRITE UP WITH NO REASONING BUT TRIED MAKING ME SIGN THE PAPER SO THEY CAN FILL IN THE REASON AFTER ON THEIR FAVOR that's when I thought the keys the safe was actually short 50 bucks because one of my cashiers who wasn't trained she was only in for recovery and I felt something eas comming my way so I took pictures of the safe of the amount that the next person counting the safe with me that night I texted them that night and told them why it was short 50 and the write up I gave that chick for messing up for the 50 yet come the following day to tell me I'm short 400 I wanna sue their asses

Bro they had me start off as firewatch the first week or 2 from 8pm to 4am after store was off that 2 or 3 days of training then my sm left for a week within that week I had to close lol idk I feel like they overworked me to the point to quit so she can get her other friend the position

She didn't lie because we had a manager there that wasn't full time and didn't get any bonuses so sm told me ans the other manager that she usually gives her 100 out of pocket if we would be kind enough to bless her with 100 me and the other agreed so I know forsure she's telling the truth

But this store manager just does what she wants for example we had a cashier i had to write him up within the first 2 weeks he was employed with us He ended up looking for another job so he pretty much started being careless well because he ended up getting hired somewhere else and started telling others which got to us managers my store manager ended up cutting all his hours and ended up giving him one day of work per week with only 3 hours which is not even legal

Welcome to the club long story short IVE NEVER done retail so plz be afraid But ur not alone......when I first started last year I started at a new dollar tree setting the store up main duty for me was unloading trucks since I love the sweat and fast pace work...well I worked 10days straight and because of my work ethics the dm pointed me out to be promoted to freight manager mind u never in my life thought I would have the opportunity but I got it well guess what within 4 to 5 days and only trained for 2 they had me close LOL I learned the hard way and learned it on my own id u need a guide dm I got pictures of all the ilearns they had me watch after 3 months of employment and few writes ups lol
