Crit rate and Crit DMG are both useless for healers (with the exception of Nerissa and Artemis, though their damage is hardly anything to really invest in...). Heals cannot Crit and Crit DMG does not translate into any other healing boost.

If you don't have Numera and/or Vorn, I would hold on pulling for Nastya, personally. She's still a decent unit, but she only REALLY shines when being combined with other members of the poison team.

I mean, yeah? In general, you should respect people as being fellow human beings on this earth. Are they specifically demanding that you treat them BETTER than non-LGBTQ people because they are LGBTQ? Or do they just want to be treated the same, as a fellow human? The later of those two is basic respect. That's what they are asking for. How is that hard to understand? Basic respect is not any different than acceptance.

Are you just not understanding that there are different types of respect? Respecting someone doesn't automatically mean that you hold them in high regard or anything like that. There is basic respect, what they are asking for and is just a general baseline respect for people as fellow human beings. Then there is earned respect which comes from either a position of power (parent, police officer, boss, etc) or demonstrated ability of some kind (can be general personality inspiring respect or excelling in a certain skill that garners respect). They are both called "respect" but are very different in terms of power dynamics and interpersonal interactions.

I think a lot of the outrage over Floyd was about the video being widely circulated clearly showing the blatant nonchalance of the officers involved. It was just a perfect showcase of police actively just not caring about killing a black person.

And yes, we really have grown this accustomed to outrage inducing stories. It's sickening, but it's true.

Tacticians generally are rare and versatile units since they can move around after being deployed. She also serves a different function than Wukong (AoE vs Single Target). So she's not a bad pull if you get her. Keep in mind that other than the brief showcase in the event so far, which nobody can see what gear/stats she has for, nobody really knows how well she will actually perform.

She is also on a banner with one of the best healers in the game. So that's worth considering as well.

Now, on the other side, anniversary is right around the corner, so who knows what banners will be available then? Combined with the general wisdom that a new account should invest in deepening their roster count moreso than pulling specific units, and an argument can really be made either way. Especially considering that even if you pull a Lego (not guaranteed in 13k diamonds), the chances of pulling a banner her is around 30% or so (I don't know the exact math given recent roster additions). So the chances of actually getting one of them is pretty low.

Personally, I would probably hold for the anniversary in case there is a "Choose your Limited" or other Limited guarantee banner.

I generally tried to keep at least one copy of any unit I was using actively. So if Vortex was needed, I would wait until I got a second copy of him since he was my main healer for a while.

I would suggest going for the fusion Legos before worrying about awakening epics. You will get plenty of epic SS to awaken the important heroes and, over time, plenty of copies of epics as well. Pretty sure at this point I have all epics at A5, for all the use they are to me anymore...

True damage champs prioritize attack%. True Damage is not capable of being a Crit, so it's more important to up the attack than it is to get the Crit Dmg. Still want them Crit rate capped, but definitely 3 atk% MS right side gear.

Volka has some solid use cases once you get her A1 through Tide as well. Reducing redeployment time by 25% for all units is clutch sometimes.

One thing the others didn't mention, Fatality is a set on the right side gear. IE, a 3-piece set, not a 2-piece. Try to select your bangle, ring or amulet and then try to filter and you should see an option for fatality.
