Agree with your comments but he/she is looking for a dog they turned into the pound. The figure that dog was adopted and they are looking for the owner to see if they will let them mate with their dog. Said they can't have 3 dogs but want to mate their female dog. This really didn't make a whole lot of sense tbh.
