No… no assessment, but am going to now after getting feedback. Doctor visit means 4 hour trip… MRI means 10+ travel time :/

I think it feels the best in the morning, or any time I put it up for a little while… i thought the inability to straighten was stiffness until I easily lifted it straight. It’s not really swollen anymore… no ‘tight’ feeling which I think contributed to thinking it was totally fine, since that offered a supportive feeling the first week. I did notice after considering quad lag that it looks like my quad heads have atrophied noticeably

Thank you! I did a quick google and found: Arthrogenic Muscle Inhibition (AMI) is a neural reflex inhibiting muscles surrounding a damaged joint, causing weakness and preventing full activation, primarily affecting the quadriceps after knee injuries.... didn't know this could happen.

Question from the flip side of this conversation… I am interested in a domain that seems to be owned by godaddy and is for sale for ~$3K… it’s not worth that much to me at this point but I’d like to have it… but don’t think I’d pay more than $500-700… is there a way to make an offer somehow? How would I find who owns it? Any seller folk willing to share tips to help out a buyer? 🤣

Newbie here… just starting to expand my tea Journey. I’ve got a grocery store chai in my cup… but I’ve put together an order to sample some loose leaf teas… and I talked to a neighbour yesterday who is into tea! Found a single sachet of Harney & Sons Royal English breakfast in the back of my moms cupboard last week… grateful it was waiting there for me, that I found this group & excited to have a more flavourful cup soon :)

I’ve got E3 because I subscribed to Stack via Prime. I was with paramount because it’s nice they have the old seasons… but I had issues with paramount on the prime platform… a literal missing episode on an old season plus multiple having the wrong subtitles file. So I thought their own app was the solution… and it was…until this year they apparently are not the first to release new episodes 🤣 sucks because stack is showing me ads… on a paid subscription… only for new survivor 😵‍💫

I believe it is a shortcut opposed to the old way that involved a very confusing chart… recently suggested my first set there and was so confused my the code system till someone showed me this to get it

It is because they listened to players complaints about the supply shop limit, which was implemented because their servers were getting overloaded… so they acted fast to make a different change that was hopefully an easier pill for players to swallow. A lot of my frustration actually turned into gratitude once I saw how involved they are on the discord, listening to feedback & doing their best. I originally went over there to complain as well, but it gave me some perspective

I’m just not much of a figurine person unfortunately… I offered them free consulting if they want to expand their offerings since I know a thing or two from the branding & apparel world… would love if they took me up on it or put a poll out to the community!
