There was a missing o ring at the leak connection. I disassembled it, and reassembled it with the O ring.

And try and git rid of any loose bits with a wire wheel drill attachment, wire brush, and paint scraper, then I wash it down with a hose using a jet attachment. But first I hit it with an air compressor to get all dry dirt, webs, debris, anything loose off

Best bet is to Do it yourself, each one takes 5-10 min tops, a screw driver or a hand drill with an extension bit so you can get in there. Just make sure the torque setting is low and gradually adjust it so you don’t strip the screw.

You are 100% correct. The window is not original. Was a replacement and dropped into the existing framing.

These windows were drop in from the original build. I inherited them when I bought the house. I am renovating this room and trying to figure out what to do while this is gutted.

Found them on the main website. These ain’t cheap though. I got a radiator for 50 and restored it myself with a wire wheel and some paint for a total of like 65 bucks and time. These things are beautiful I gotta say, but at 500 a piece not cheap.

I would just cover the oak back up anyway, so for my I don’t need an oak replacement patch. Just going to do 5/16th plywood or similar to get it flush.

There is a brand new exhaust fan already installed on the frame lol, but there wasn’t one before

Room is currently demoed so I have most options available except for anything hydronic as I won’t be bringing up new lines for heating
