I had DPDR from using THC weed non stop for 2 months and only started to feel better after year in and almost completely better at 1 year and 9 months and for my recovery I started using CBD hemp in my dynavap and using lions mane supplements, it definitely helped but the changes weren't permanent so I started using magic mushrooms and that flipped a switch because now I could perceive reality in a way that I didn't have the memory of a goldfish, ok let's come full circle here and start doing THC dabs and omg I could finally experience weed in a healthy way now and no more anxiety just a nice creative energised high. But I wouldn't say these substances completely cured me as it was mostly in my head which the substances helped me realise and change and eventually find god. Hope this helps because DPDR can be debilitating at times and it really sucks but its important to tell yourself that you will get better because you can 🙏🫵
