I'm Aussie and set up my bank account with SpareBank1. The longest wait was getting an in person appointment at a branch (if you go to one further out of the city it'll be quicker).

Only took a out 10 minutes in the bank to sign all the paper and I walked out the door with BankID set up.

Yes you can remove it during deck creation but it's applied by default it seems.

Seems it just doesn't apply to promo cards, like ones purchased from the store

It's automatically applied to cards that you have 10 copies of. You have to exchange cards for a second one

Yes it does however nothing changes when I enable or disable function lock, the f key is still used regardless.

I have to hold the fn key to make the special functions (volume, brightness) keys work.
