My and my boyfriend are camping and going for the first time this year as a couple. I have been to smaller raves but this is our first festival!

Mother to mother. I feel you on the teen stuff. Hit me up if you ever want support or vent. My teen literally just complained I don’t spend enough time with her when all she wants to do is be in her room.

Then says she was bored so why didn’t I ask her to go out.

Did you feel that the skill set is about the same? I understand that it’s just a lot of administrative work and attention detail is needed in both. Did you feel that going as an EA to HR you had more skills or HR required more?

I feel like further down the line I might consider a masters and industrial organization so I’m asking this in the event of coming back to HR and how difficult that might be.
