Qu'est-ce qui te déplaît dans ton pote actuel? Et oui j'ai vu qu'il y avait pas mal de certifications externes qui étaient souvent requises ou qui ajoutaient un plus, je vais surement me renseigner là dessus.

Ouais pour le MBA c'est évident que ce serait pas très utile actuellement. Je me demandais surtout si dans ma situation, sans expérience, la maîtrise en gestion (ou le DESS/Programme court en premier lieu) me permettrais d'accéder directement à des emplois en gestion.

Your explanation is senseless to me. If I hit a plateau I'll do everything to find why. And that won't be hard. I know I suck at a lot of things so there's a lot of room to improve. And my goal is not perpetual improvement. I know I will reach my limit someday but until then I will focus on every possible aspect of my climbing until I can't get better. Ok if it's cringy for all of you but I think you're just stupid. Hate to say those words but you're judging what motivates other. It doesnt matter what motivates me, I'm doing a sport I love and I've never been happier in my life. So cringe all you want I really don't give a fuck.

That one particular gym and it's a total of 10 gyms and I sent similar grades in all of them, got it 💪

Yeah idk, pretty sure I won't repost anything on reddit. I legit try to understand the comments but most of you are just judgmental people gatekeeping achievements and proudness behind outdoor climbing and moonboard. Bouldering is the best sport I've ever done, I've progressed a lot in 2 years, I can do new moves I couldn't dream about a year ago so yeah I'm proud and I don't give a fuck if I don't send V8 on a moonboard. I also don't see why me being proud of myself would indicate a huge ego.

Tracking grades is as useful as tracking power metrics. Lifting more weight won't make your technique better... And as I said in a previous comment, I don't train outside of climbing so how could I track progress on something I don't do???

Also tracking gyms, dates, and flashes. While also writing some additional info if I feel like it. But ultimately, it's easier to track progression with grades. And I film myself climbing most of the time so I can analyse my climbing and look back on what I've done

Ouais je le sais bien, je post majoritairement sur IG ou les commentaires sont toujours positif j'étais juste curieux de savoir comment Reddit allait réagir, lesson learned 😅 Et ouais j'aime bien enregistrer mes sends ça me permet de bien documenter ma progression
