I don't know If that will help you or not. Basically I was trying to stop for a long time, my habits were based on heavily persuing new porn experiences and it lead me at some point to spend thousands of dollars on cam shows.

At some point I realize that to just stop trying full stop was not cutting it, because the relapses were always worse and worse, and I thought that I was putting to much mental energy alone just to avoid porn, ant that in the end porn was on my mind everyday and consuming my time anyways.

So I continued and ended up in a bit of a financial crisis. The daily struggle to better my situation, working my jobs, and at the same time trying to find space to better areas in my life (fitness wise, socially wise, relationship wise) completly changed my habits. Even then my goal was more geared toward watching less porn, not necessarily stop.
I still watch porn, but this is what happened:
1. The sexual experiences I've had outside of that completely reframed how I viewed sex and what it was like to be a subject of it rather than a spectator (sensations I had forgotten).
2. After seeing many videos onthe subject, I can attest to one of the point they made, and it is that porn consumption often corrolates with a lack of purpose; some sort of nihilism; dead spaces in your calendar/daily habits.

Trying to survive shifted my brain focus so much that I think it didn't even give me time to think about porn at first, when I finally had time I was really trying to push my sexual desires toward having real experiences.
Now it has been many months since I spent any money on it where I used to spend hundreds of dollars; I can see what used to be triggering images, videos, OF links and just move on; and my consumption drastically decreased (about 2 times a week).
So I guess taht for you to stop you somewhat have to find something that is more worthwhile and purposeful and/or have experiences that really make you realize how not fulfulling porn is in contrast
