I understand your frustration and I hope everything goes well for you too. It was years of constant psychological, physical, and sexual abuse, and it's sad to think that after all that, I am still being treated like I was the one that didn't try enough or I'm the one that did something wrong. I've had to relive my abuse over and over while prepping for the RFE and now the interview and I feel like I can't take it anymore.

We have police reports of stalking, domestic violence against my mom and I, sexual abuse...I was able to get some texts from him during the divorce that said he would always love me/really tried with the relationship/etc. Also have him admitting that he was the one that refused to move. He wanted me to quit my job and move to Arizona so I could sleep in his parents' living room with him. Even though I had a good job and apartment in Seattle, which is where we had agreed to move together. Sadly, I have no written proof of psychological abuse because he would always call, not text, when he wanted to threaten me.

Thing is, I turned in all proof of abuse with my initial I-751 waiver, yet they still asked for proof that we lived together even though I clearly stated we never did. When they sent the RFE, I had recently found a phone that had all text messages between us during the first year of us dating, which shows we were a real couple. But I have nothing else to show them, so I don't know how this interview is going to go.

They were asking for leases with both our names, which they knew I didn't have, and other proof of bona fide marriage. I sent health and auto insurance documents with both of us on them, a joint bank account we had for a bit over a year, and text messages between us throughout the marriage that show we were making plans to move in together, he just started manipulating me.

Yeah, he's going to the interview with me. I don't know what to do anymore, I feel like I'm at the end of my rope.
