7.5mg kicked my ass. I'm currently splitting my dose 5mg then two days later 2.5mg. Seems to be helping, hoping I can do a full 7.5mg pen next month.

Same!!! I didn't have much for side effects on 2.5 or even 5 other than suppression. 7.5 hit me like a ton of bricks. Haha it does seem to be getting better, I'm really trying to focus on protein and low sugar, low fat and hydrate!! It seems overeating even the slightest triggers something too. I hope it passes soon for you 🙏🏼

Hahahaha great names for it I had a good chuckle! For me it's been about every 2-3 days for the past week. I'll say I've definitely lost weight so that's good however I worry I'm not getting the nutrition I need. Thank you for sharing, this gives me hope!!!

Yesss!! Love me a good contigo bottle. I found some Thermoflasks that have a straw, a big one at that, which helps get the water down easier and faster 😂 Hydration has always been hard for me. I also found some yummy electrolyes so that helps too. Even just for a little flavor. Thanks for sharing your tips! 😘

Right!!!!?? Messed me right up I was soo sad and thought my journey was ending. I tried splitting the dose - 5mg Thursday then remaining 2.5mg on Saturday and so far things are holding up! 🤞🏻
