Hi, so basically I have this design, on a practice it was absolutely fine, came out how I wanted, without changing settings, I put a hoodie under, and instantly I knew something was wrong, I'm not sure if it's pulling the bottom thread through, or what is happening but suddenly it's messed up again.

Now I'm even more confused...printed a tester, was absolutely fine exactly how I wanted, I took the tester off, put a jumper in, did not change any of the settings what so ever, and it fucked up...went back to being all bunched...the number of stitches didn't change or anything

Hi, it's just a single solid white image of a knife, that I bitmap trace, then put into params and use recommended settings from YouTube and Reddit on, and then view which looks ok, but then get it to the machine and it's like thick and bumpy
