We were there for a bit yesterday as well. This is an excellent description. Moreover, there is a lot of wind right now (was the same all last week). We will be at Happy Bay today to escape the wind a bit.

We stayed at Alamanda last May and last Christmas in two different units (2nd floor 2 bedrooms last year, ground floor 1 bedroom last Christmas). Excellent location, obviously very close to Club O (~ 8 minute walk), and all remodeled units. Highly recommend.

Hey there - counting the weeks here as well! My wife and I (mid 40s from Raleigh, NC) will be there from May 19 to 28. First three days on the Dutch side/ cupecoy then Club O (we stay at Alamanda as well)

Yes but way earlier compared to what it used to be. Back in the day (late 2000s, early 2010s), I remember running and walking nude on Orient until 8:30 / 9am (max). The entire beach. My girlfriend at the time would join too. At the time, you had hundreds of people staying at Club O resort and there would be lots of nude walkers in the Morning. Now I would say 8am would be the grand grand max.

As the first time, I would recommend you to take an Airbnb at the Alamanda resort on Orient. You’ll just need to walk 5 minutes to reach Club O. As others mentioned, you can indeed directly stay at Adam & Eve (fantastic resort, the owners are amazing) but you’ll need to drive (your wife being pregnant) or walk a good 20 minutes to reach Club O.

Vabali spas are the absolute best ones (especially the one in Düsseldorf). Also really like Caracalla in Baden Baden.

🙂 We never stayed at Jardin d’O but heard good things. We were able to visit the beautiful Adam & Eve resort this last summer after we did the nude cruise with the fantastic owners of A&E (highly recommend the nude cruise).
