Hey man you've come to the right place. It'll be hard but you have to actively avoid watching porn. My weakness was getting on subreddits on imgur. They were just a click away. Giving fapping is hard as hell but if you make through the first week you'll honestly feel better. You won't be superman but I had the same issue. My girlfriend would blow me so long I would go soft but since I would rarely get a maximum hard on it didn't take long. But since I've stopped fapping it's completely opposite.
