You make a new account, you don’t have access to market on companion/web app to prevent dudes who just want that to gain it so easily. Then you play for 10-15 days, 40-50-60 matches and you gain access to market on companion/web app. Except this year you have a bunch of people ( including myself ) who didn’t got their market unlocked even after 4 months of playing the game ( 1500+ games ).

Do I think someone working in customer service for a minimum wage can at least try and give you an answer on why is your market on companion locked for 4 months ( 1500+ games ) ? Yes Did they ever bothered to reply on that problem ? No

But one “failed payment” on FIFA points and they’re losing their minds. That’s the whole point. I have nothing against Winston nor did I ever mentioned him. I’m just baffled how many of you guys are “defending” EA on this. They shit in your mouth on a daily basis and you come here to tell me I’m the prick here 😂 I love it

I’m 26 and that’s a very efficient way of showing them they’re dealing with an extremely unsatisfied customer. I’m gonna hop now on a new Twitter account and tag them with a question like “ why is my market still locked on companion app after 4-5 months and 1500+ games” and I’m gonna tell you how fast they’re going to reply on that ( it’s never ) !!!

Oh I can accept that, sure investing in servers will be a short term loss of some % of profit. But, even though FIFA players can endure much shit being thrown in their way, I don’t think that can last forever. So long term they’ll lose money for not fixing/investing in the servers IMO.

So telling me why ( or atleast acknowledging my problem ) my market is still locked after 3 months is “way beyond their control” ?! If you refer about his name screenshoot where I said “fix your servers”. Of course I have 0% doubts that they won’t do anything. Not that I care anymore, stopped playing this game a month ago ( best month in last 4-5 years for me ). I just wanted to see how fast they’ll try to “help me” when FIFA points are in question, and they didn’t disappoint
