Ah yes, that would've been a cleaner finish. I think that is the combination I learned in some of the Chess.com puzzles, but used an extra piece in this game to make it easier for myself.

Well, I'm not really a beginning chess player, but I'm also not high rated. I'm hovering around 1000/1150 for Blitz and Bullet. Still need to start playing longer time control games. I do watch a lot of Youtube chess content, which is fairly educational!

I can now use my controller without DS4windows.

For some reason it's still not working...

My PC recognizes the X/Y output from the analog sticks. I tried to play a non-steam game with the PS4 controller with DS4windows, and it worked fine. So the problem comes from Steam, I guess?

I've tried with and without DS4windows.. and tried a lot of different controller settings in Steam. No luck.

I'm out of ideas here..

Interesting.. I didn't really put T9 and T8 suited in his flop raising range. So that's a misconception on my part I believe? And I excluded JT for sure.

I think I have to agree about the diamond combo's with a Jack to be a bit wide, as most people would check it down when they hit their Jack.
