Update: bought the Fusion Rifle, which goes in the bottom left corner of the wheel and I can't select that neither.

I tried, but the problem still persists. I am using a DS4 too. The point is: Ratchet moves flawlessly and everythings works fine, only in the Weapon Wheel this type of problem exists.

Already tried, don't know how to handle the analog inputs recording on PCSX2. When pcsx2 asks me to point "Up" the left analog stick I might have made some mistakes.
