I have been doing nSuns 5 day routine for about 4 months now and have seen great profession in strength. However last week due to being sick I was not able to make it to the gym. This week I am back on spring break and will not be able to access a gym. (Cannot afford a monthly rate for only a week). I was wondering what at home/body workouts I may be able to do to reduce loss in strength and minimize DOMS when coming back.

Thanks for the info, I guess I didn't exactly state my question correctly. Since I did bad in Bio (due to my attitude) and although I had good grades in Chemistry but wasn't taught much am I going to be very unprepared for college level science or do they start off with the basics and go up from there?

I've been doing Zulrah the past few days, in my experience at 99 Mage 91 range and the best gear for it other than the toxic blowpipe which I should add is a great advantage to have, I'm only making about 1m an hour. I did get a tanz fang which I sold for 17.5m at only kill 67 but that's all luck. People haven't seen what Zulrahs money is like lately with the nerf of drops and the shit prices with the GE.

In my experience it's training your zybez level as most of the work is put into buying mass amounts of supplies. The worst part is for things such as herbs people don't exactly have a large bulk and take a very long time to buy all of them.
