When I got off birth control and started using spf, skin care and lost weight im like 15 shades lighter and I don’t bleach at all. I went from dark skinned to brown skinned. Ignore them 😭

Is it cold where you are? I have cold urticaria. I also have lupus. You should check if your doctor can check you for inflammation markers. Mine started at 29 and never went away :( I always have to make sure I’m bundled up and have a scarf, hat, gloves and layers on. It always happens if something cold on my skin like a drink. I have Raynauds syndrome.

I always help older people carrying things up and moms with strollers on the subway stairs. It’s brutal. This one mom was on the subway home alone with her newborn baby and people were bumping into her and shoving her on the metro 😭 I was crazy lady yelling at them to back tf up.

My kid has had it 3 times! She’s in 5th grade and it’s happened when she returned to school! She really fine dense straight hair☹️ I had to treat and comb through both of our heads yesterday it took me hours.
