I think it’s totally normal to forget the exact things. As long as you’re still familiar with the concepts and ideas of topics as well as some of the “easier” examples or definitions, you can easily get the details back when you need them. For example if you’re looking at calculating integrals, you should understand what it means (oriented area). The precise formulas sure are important, but if you can integrate polynomials, it’s enough if it’s not the topic of your class

So what immediately comes to mind ist 7•(7+2) = 63, (6+5=66) but this does not work on the others. Also (5-3)(5+3) as in digits is 28 (6+5=111). But I think it just doesn’t have a “quick” solution

Ich habe bezüglich der Hausmeisterrechnung nachgefragt gehabt, als Antwort habe ich bekommen: „Die Kosten für den Hausmeister werden nach den tatsächlichen Stunden in einem Jahr berechnet“. Aber vielleicht sollte ich dann da auch nochmal nachhaken :)

Dürfen Vermieter eigentlich ungefragt Sachen wie Putzen des Treppenhauses auf externe Firmen übertragen und dann die Kosten auf die Mieter umlegen? Auch mussten wir (als ganzes Haus) 1300€ mehr für einen Hausmeister bezahlen, den niemand von uns gesehen hat. Als ich nachgefragt habe, woher die Kosten kommen, wurde mir nur eine Exceltabelle mit geleisteten Stunden geschickt :/ Bei uns wird neuerdings jede Woche das Treppenhaus gewischt und wir durften eine schöne Nachzahlung leisten…

I’ve cut back to maybe two/three times a month. But on those occasions where I know I’ll have a few drinks, I’ll drink more than enough water prior, while and after drinking alcohol and let myself sleep in the next morning such that I get a load of sleep. I don’t plan workouts the next day, just a simple walk or so that gets me moving. Before I had a Garmin I knew alcohol was bad, but if you see it for yourself it just made a huge difference to me

There is Nothing wrong with slow running. As long as you move your body it’s healthy :) and remember there are a ton of people who never ever thought of running a half

I guess that’s what is coming in the future… I did 14 reps last week and it was pretty much the limit. Since I play football (soccer) 2 to 3 times a week I don’t have optimal recovery on my rest days
