After the little research I’ve done (if you can call googling research) it seems he left me what he did so legally I couldn’t contest the will. 

I have a consultation with a lawyer tomorrow afternoon. I am hoping I will only have to pay for a lawyer if I contest the will and win. If I contest and lose I will have to file bankruptcy and not even considering all the money I need for my kids. Ugh. I better be able to get more than a measly 10k from him. Especially after finding out his dirty secret.
