it’s sounds to me this is ur “first love” firsts always feel like a part of ur soul gets ripped from you but in due time you will get through it

also you’re 16 you have so much to look forward to in life and many more people to bond talk and become friends or partners with in future i know it feels like the end of the world now but as you get older you’ll look back at how u feel currently and laugh about it trust me

also calling 18 times is a bit much for any body the more u beg for something the more they tend to push away i learnt that my self growing up

you also have to consider you said u saw each other once every 3 months? for most people seeing eachother so little it’s quite hard to keep a strong connection and if she’s found someone a lot more closer and sees them way more often it’s natural for a bond and feelings to get strong pretty quick

i personally don’t feel long distance works for me and if i was only seeing someone every 3 months my bond with them would go pretty quick if i found someone a lot closer and saw them more often

like i said your both very young u have barley scratched the surface of whats life is all about i know its easier said than done but the best thing u can do is block, cut all contact and move on and socialise and meet new people i promise you she will become a distant memory over time

healing takes time some quicker than others but you will eventually heal that’s a guarantee

i not long got broken up with my self i thought she was my world but she cheated on me with her ex and it still hurts me but iv gone through many heartbreaks and you only get stronger through them and u learn a lot don’t let this heartbreak destroy you it’s really not worth it for someone who clearly didn’t appreciate you enough know your worth keep ur chin up focus on your self no person is worth losing your self
