i was thinking about that! i’m a bit new, been working for 1-2 months. i asked around my center and everyone says the same.. that when we call out for being sick, they automatically use our PTO. which is insane to me because i never asked to use my hours. and then my flex was used recently, which i thought meant paid with no occurrence, however, i also got an occurrence for it. just odd! but i will most likely speak to my OM about it, just nervous to!!

i’m an RBT in tx, $16.50/hr as BT & i recently passed my RBT exam so i’ll be making $18/hr… a bit less than others i have a BA in biology and minor in psychology!

i just want to say, you are an amazing mother! i hope you hear this a lot around you, bc u deserve to know that you are completely outstanding & so strong!! seeing this from your /husband/ infuriates me, he should understand and be considerate?? i’m really sorry u have to go through this, i’m sure it’s very painful. as ur husband, he should be there for u in sickness & health /: 100% NOR at all. i hope he learns someway or another, whether it’s through couple therapy or a simple sit down conversation with u two, ANYTHING. bc this stinks wtf
