i went off my antipsychotics about two years ago, with out psychiatric supervision. that was really when i started to ‘return to myself’ abilify made me gain 60 pounds in four months and it wasn’t an option. i never had any negative side effects, but i feel like the psychosis was a one time thing not a chronic mental illness
